Nutrition Confusion!?

The Eatwell Plate based on a Balanced diet: 33%- Fruit & Veg, 33%- Rice & Bread, 15%- Dairy, 12%- Meat & Fish, 7%- Sweet & Fats.

The three following plates show how your diet changes depending on your training type and level of intensity.
